The Victoria Metal Gig Guide started as a privately used calendar to keep track of upcoming metal gigs around the state of Victoria. The calendar has now been made available for public use.

There are plenty of gig guides around, including many that are region and genre specific for metal, hardcore, alt/hard rock and punk etc. However this particular type of gig guide can be useful for viewing upcoming metal shows in a ‘Grid’ like format.

To help promote the regional metal scene, The Victoria Metal Gig Guide will maintain an emphasis on including as many Victorian regional metal shows as possible, as well as those happening in and around Melbourne.

This public version of the gig guide site is still being tweaked so may experience minor changes such as formatting upgrades, updated logos etc. in the coming weeks and months.
